Once you register and after you are approved you can use the store immediately.  All product details are listed by the seller. You can view bio-certs, see harvest dates, origin, size, grade, photos, minimum order quantity and capacity. Please read the details provided so you understand the size and quantity of what you are purchasing. Once you select the item you can place in your cart and go to shipping. At shipping you add your destination address and submit. In your dashboard you will see a “Order” tab, in here will be your order and the current lowest shipping bid. You have 24 hours to progress to payment. During this time the logisitcs users will bid down your shipment. Once agreed and purchased you will receive documents from us on your shipment and you can track whereabouts through us as well. We oversee the delivery from door to door. All shipments are insured. 

Our growers and distributors are located all over the world. You can source using APT or manually. When you reach shipping you will receive the bottom line cost to purchase your product delivered to your location. NOTE: Lower cost items located farther away may not cost less when you receive the shipping quote. It is best to select a few suppliers at various locations to compare. APT will do this autonomously for you.    

Our growers and distributors upload all pertinent information as do all members of  GRO-CONNECT. We then perform due diligence to qualify each member before providing access. Our review considers past transactions, consistency, track records, solvency, quality of product and company.  

 Our terms and conditions require every member of GRO-CONNECT to operate under the PACA rules and regulations in the U.S. regardless of the location of members business. If there is an issue with any shipment or product the buyer has 24 hours from T.O.A. to submit photos of the issue to our support. Purchase Orders can be used for transactions. You will need to contact our office to obtain a credit application. Once approved all purchases can be completed from a purchase order with payment terms of 30-60- or 90 days.  

 APT uses your ordering history, acquired from your data input and your activity. APT learns from you and eventually forecasts what you need before you need it.
